Return Policy
Customer must contact seller within 7 days of receipt of package and items must be returned in the same condition that they were sent in. No yarn, roving, rolags, batts, or top will be accepted for return. Returns must be shipped back to the seller within 14 days of receipt of package. Once returns have been received by the seller a refund will be processed.
If goods are received damaged the customer must contact the seller within 2 days of the receipt of their package and ship damaged items to the seller within 7 days. If possible and desired replacement items will be shipped out to the customer once the return is received by the seller. If undesired or damaged item is no longer in stock, a refund will be processed once damaged items are received by the seller.
All shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer and a tracking number must be provided to the seller in the required time frames above.
